CHECK- IN & CHECK-OUT

* Check-in from 2 pm.
*Days end at 12 noon.
* For arrivals before 14:00hs and departures after 12:00hs. (Early Check-In and Late Check-Out) 50% of the corresponding daily rate will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION

* Pets are not allowed.
* Breakfast is served in the room from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
* In case of loss or damage to any item in the hotel, the value of the item will be charged for replacement.
* Respect your neighbor by obeying the rest hours, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

ROOFTOP

* Rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests, available from 10 am to 10 pm.
* The use of speakers is not allowed.
* Kitchen and bar open from 4pm to 10pm.
* All hotel accommodations are non-smoking, smoking is only permitted on the roof top and outdoor balconies.
* Cork stopper fee: if guests want to bring and consume their own drinks outside the hotel, a fee of R$50.00 per bottle will be charged.
* Objects forgotten or found on the premises of the hotel will be kept for a period of 90 (ninety) days, being donated after this period without any right of claim by the owner. Valuing the privacy of guests, the hotel will not look for the guest, and the interested party must contact the hotel for their return, as well as the interested party must prove ownership of the property by means of description. Any shipping costs for such goods will be borne by the interested party.

SERVICES OFFERED

* Beach umbrella and bicycle service must be requested at least 2 hours in advance at reception.
* Room cleaning service is performed daily, prior notice is required if you do not wish to do so.
* Bath towels and bed linen will be changed every two days, exceptions must be communicated to reception.

CHILDREN

* Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the hotel.
* All minors under 18 (eighteen) years old will be required, at the time of check-in, to present a photo document that proves their identity and affiliation, even if accompanied by their parents.

VISITS

The Hotel reserves the right to admit visitors or not, always aiming at the exclusivity and comfort of its guests.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF BOOKING OR NON-ATTEND

* Cancellation or change requests must be sent directly to the reservations department, and can be changed up to 15 days in advance.
* There will be no refund of the remaining deposit, the balance (if any) will be available as credit for future accommodation and this will be valid for 06 (six) months. After that date the credit will be automatically cancelled.
* Non-attendance will result in the charge of the total amount of the reservation.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Any services provided by third parties (Massages, Transfer Service, Tours, activities and Kitesurfing), will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the service providers, and HOTEL MARÈ LOFT PRAIA is not responsible for these activities, as well as for the quality of the services provided. , including no civil liability in this regard.
